Our Team

At 14, Jim asked his uncle, while helping with a boundary survey, how much surveyors make per hour?  He said the entire field crew charges $55 per hour.  Jim said this is what I'm going to do when I get older, lol.  Rates have changed a lot in 35 years, but he still loves surveying! 

Allen has been with Cornerstone Surveying over 19 years. He has become an integral part of the success of the company. He is licensed in Arkansas and Kansas.

Chris has been with Cornerstone for over 17 years and is one of the big reasons the Clarksville office has been a so successful. 

Briana has been with Cornerstone for over three years. She holds a drafting degree from UA-Morrilton. Her focus and attention to detail has made her one of our primary draftsmen and a tremendous asset to the company. 

James has been with the company for over 12 years and is a very hardworking reason why the company is successful. 

Hagan wore his first Crew Chief hat at one year old. He has quickly become an accomplished survey tech, performing deed research, survey calculations, and crew prep and leads the field crew operations. 

Sheena has graciously lent her years in business to help grow Cornerstone's footprint.  She helps keep it fun, when Jim gets to serious! 

Chandler worked for Cornerstone part-time while in high school. He fell in love with the work and decided to make a career of it. Now he has advanced to become our lead estimator/ project manager. 

Cole will be licensed soon and will be branching off on his own in north-central Missouri. Uncle Jim has been glad to have him on board, to watch him learn and grow.
